Sizzling solo sixty

Sixty miles today on and off the levee as I rode out past Norco and across the Bonne Carre Spillway. Very nice day for the summer, but around 9:30 am it gets HOT! I had 3 water bottles with me and a clif bar. Managed to drink one an hour but the last one went down in 40 minutes. Whew, it was nice to finish the entire ride in 3 hours. So not bad for a solo ride averaging 20mph. I am planning to go 80 this saturday which will most likely require a refreshment stop along the way. Destrehan returning? That snickers looks good...
