What a difference a day and an easy ride can make. My legs feel wonderful. I believe my fitness is coming back around. Another week of just riding then I will start to run. I have been trying to figure out when I will run, how to find the time?
That is another day. Looking forward to visiting with my parents this weekend. Got some work to do out there and some R and R. I hope the fish are still biting. Can't wait to hook a biggen'.
Catherine is off to see her brother, his wife and their new son. His christening is this weekend and C will be the godmother. I know she will have a great time, just got to make it through those flights and she will be all right.
